      India is beautiful country which is known for its different cultures and traditions. It's a famous for its historical heritage and monuments. The citizens of this place are very humble and mix with nature. It was slave country before 1947 under British rule. However, india got independence from the British in 1947 because of the struggle and dedication of our great freedom fighters. When India got independence, pandit Jawaharlal Nehru became the first Prime minister of India and hoisted the Indian flag and said  " When the world sleeps, India will awake for life and freedom " By the time of independence, India was battered, bruised and left wounded. Ancient India called a" Golden Bird " because it was wealthy, prosperous and had established Socio-economic system. India was the wealthiest nation in the world before the British happened to us.
